Delta Dental Truck Visit – November 2024
The Douglas School District was privileged to host the Delta Dental Truck from November 4 to 8, 2024. This program offers high-quality dental care to children who encounter barriers such as high costs, lack of insurance, or limited access to transportation.
Students received services through an application process, with priority given based on the severity of their dental needs. During this visit, 30 students received essential care, valued at an impressive total of $40,032.
