Congratulations to our Transition Improvement Team for presenting at the Council for Exceptional Children's (CEC) Division on Career Development and Transition (DCDT) International Conference in Chantilly, VA!
Their presentation focused on how Douglas School District is pioneering the use of transition portfolios in elementary schools, helping to prepare students for the challenges they'll face after graduation or exiting a special education program.
