2. The Senior Ski Trip is March 18 at Terry Peak. Sign up and pay in the Activities Office BEFORE March 16th.
3. Seniors: The absolute deadline for submitting Senior Portraits for the 2009-10 yearbook is April 15, however, the earlier the better! Senior pictures do not have to be taken by a professional, but only vertical pictures are accepted. If no pictures are submited to Mrs. Clark in Room 134 the school ID pictures are used.
4. Seniors, thank you to all who have brought in pictures for the Senior Slideshow. Although many have done so, quite a few of you have not, so please turn them in to Chelsea Edwards no later than April 15! Remember, turn in a senior picture, 1 or 2 baby pictures, and as many pictures of you and your fellow classmates that you can find! Thank you!
5. The 2009-2010 yearbooks are on sale now for $45 each and can be purchased from Mrs. Clark in Room 134. Also, Graduation Ads are available for anyone who wants to purchase space in the yearbook to honor graduates. Grad Ads can include but are not limited to baby and childhood photos, letters or notes to the Grad. All materials must be school appropriate and is up to the discretion of the yearbook staff. The deadline for Grad Ads is April 15. Rates are $100 for a full page, $50 for a 1/2 page, and $25 for 1/4 page. The fee does not include the purchase of a yearbook. Ads are available on a first-pay, first-reserve basis.
6. Attention Seniors and Senior Parents: A representative from Herff-Jones will be at DHS on Tuesday, March 30 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to distribute caps and gowns and invitations. Any balance you may owe the company will be due at that time.
7. Cabaret will be TONIGHT and TOMORROW starting at 7:00 p.m. If you would like to purchase your tickets in advance, please find any Douglas Music student, or go talk to Mrs. Kelly or visit the Activities Office between classes or before and after school. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under. We'll see you at the show!
8. Wednesday, March 17 is an EARLY RELEASE day. Please plan accordingly.
