Meet the Staff

Heidi

This is my 17th year of being a Special Education teacher and it's always been a fun and challenging career.       I was born and raised in North Dakota. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota. I received my Master's Degree from Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota.      I love teaching in the Douglas School District and living close to the Black Hills.       I love to go hiking, boating, and picnicking in the Black Hills with my family. I also enjoy gardening, music of all kinds, and doing crafts.      I love working with the children and staff at Francis Case!

Hello!  I have been working in the Douglas school system for 17 years and I have been in the Special Education room for 7 years.       I am happily married and have two grown children, Jennifer and husband Dana and Brian, and a beautiful grandson named Wyatt.       I am active in my church and have many hobbies.  I love my job and look forward to working with the children every day.  I hope the best for all of the students and staff in the years to come.

Hello!  I have been working in the Douglas school system for 5 years.  I started in Badger Clark as a Title 1 tutor, and have been working in Francis Case for the last 2 years.        I enjoy crocheting, reading books of all kinds, and spending time with my boys.       I love the challenges and rewards of working with children and the wonderful staff at Francis Case.
