I have the honor to transmit, for the information of the Honorable, the Secretary of War, a copy ot a telegram, dated Yankton Indian Agency, June 9th, 1874. from Rt. Rev. W.H. Hare, Bishop of the F. E. Church, in relation to the Sioux of the Cheyenne River Agency who have gone to fight the Rees, and refering to the Black Hills Military Expedition.
