Robert Spelts received
his AB in Education at Kearney State College, he also earned his
MA in
School Administration from the University of Nebraska.
His experience included: U.S. Office of Education field Representative, Private Research and Writing, Deputy State Superintendent, Education and Management Consultant, Public School Superintendent (twice), Teacher, Grantsman, Elementary Principle, Lecturer. His major accomplishments included: directed and coordinated more than eighty-statewide educational programs. Provided the leadership for the development of an entire school system. Developed the exemplary Drop-Out Program for the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. He also generated over 55 million dollars in Federal Funding.
