Any
items over $5000 will be added to the equipment inventory.
If you purchase an item that costs $5000 or above, please indicate
it as an inventory item. Also, Juanita in the school warehouse,
should be informed so she can put a Douglas number on the item
for identification. At the end of the fiscal year, each
building will receive a copy of their inventory items to check
before returning the list to the Business Office.

Before sending
any items to surplus, a surplus form should be completed and
sent to the Business Office - Attention: Dee Waltman.
Juanita, in the warehouse, should also be notified to pick up
items for our surplus storage. |
