Technology
We have been fortunate to have gained school-wide internet access in each classroom. With our outcome to use technology in innovative ways, our school has formed a district wide task force to devise a plan of five objectives to assist in achieving our goal. We have formed a TecRam committee of Badger Clark staff members to work toward reaching our five district outcomes and to share innovations with staff and students. Staff are also participating in classes to enhance computer knowledge and technology use levels in the classroom.
We are also part of the PAL (Partnership
in Active Learning) Grant from BHSU. Our building has been teamed
with Lead/Deadwood Elementary to provide a setting for BHSU Field Experience
Students to become 21st Century Teachers. This will involve the use
of technology in the school setting and show how it can be used as an instructional
tool.
