Badger Clark Elementary is home to the kindergarten and first grade Little Patriots. We have a varied student population comprised of district and nearby Ellsworth Air Force base students. Class size in both grades is approximately 18 to 20 students per classroom with a diverse cultural mix. In 1999, Douglas School District instituted all day/every day kindergarten. We are one of the
few districts in South Dakota with this program. An addition of 6
classrooms
was added to the South Wing of our building in the Fall of 1999.
This addition, along with 6 other classrooms, is home to the kindergarten classrooms. The East wing of our building houses
the 1st grade
