| Badger Clark Elementary is home
to the kindergarten and first grade Little Patriots. We have a varied
student
population comprised of both district and nearby Ellsworth Air
Force
base students. Class size in both grades is approximately 18 students
per
classroom with a diverse cultural mix. We are proud to be one of the first to feature an all day/every day kindergarten program, one of the few districts in South Dakota with this program. An addition of 6 classrooms was added to the South Wing of our building in the Fall of 1999. This addition, along with 6 other classrooms, is home to the kindergarten students. The East wing of our building houses the 12-1st grade classrooms. School for K & 1st grade students begins at 8:05 a.m. and concludes at 2:50 p.m. Breakfast and lunch programs are available for the students. |
